Manufactured in 1973 to commemorate 150 years of the legendary Texas Rangers. Their emblem is gold etched on the right side of the frame. “TEXAS RANGERS” is marked over the caliber designation on the right side of the barrel. Otherwise, markings on the frame and barrel are standard. 4″ pinned barrel with ramped blade front sight and adjustable u-notch rear. Six shot fluted cylinder. Factory blued finish with smooth face, case colored trigger and spurred hammer. Factory smooth presentation wood grips with gold monogram medallions. Includes factory blue velvet lined display case with presentation commemorative bowie knife. Knife serial does not match the revolver. Specifically listed on the ATF C&R list. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its finish with a few handling marks and light scratches. Grips are excellent. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Appears to be unfired from the factory. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lockup. Knife is excellent. Case has exterior wear and scratches. CALIBER: .357 Magnum. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic. S/N: TR1091.
