Manufactured in 1985 in Japan for Browning. Standard markings on the 24″ barrel. Blade front sight and buckhorn u-notch rear. Barrel is blued with the frame and lever having a polished coin finish. Fine scroll engraving with a gold inlay mountain lion on the right side of the action and a deer on the left. Right side also has “1895 BROWNING/One of One Thousand”. Gold washed trigger. Gloss finished wood stock and forearm with fine cut checkering on the wrist and forearm. Smooth metal butt plate. Includes serial matching box. No papers. CONDITION: Metal is very fine with 98% finish remaining. Wood has a few light scratches. Bore is clean overall with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. Box has light exterior wear.
